Weeks are sliding by...

...and the pounds are sliding off slowly.
I am going to the gym 3-4 times a week and started circuit training this week too.
I am down to 194#, which is 7.6# lost so far.
I'm losing about 1# weekly and I'm happy with that.
I have more stamina, I have more energy, I am just feeling so much better.
