Today I am starting to plan out my new lifestyle. My HEALTHY lifestyle. Im working out an 'at home' exercise plan. It will be hard since I have limited space but if I move a chair I should be fine. I'll plan out my gym routine after a few visits. I do know majority of my leg, back, and cardio will be at the gym.

I'm also working on what I need to eat. I eat way to much carbs so thats the first thing Im working on. Im going to write out all my carb dishes and then replace the carbs. Spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles, or broccoli to replace spaghetti and pasta. Lettuce to replace bread. Or just leave it out all together. I will do some pasta, Im not that crazy. I'll do pasta twice a month with the correct portion size.

Sugar is right up there with carbs. I want to stop drinking pop but Coke and Root Beer are soooo good. Thinking of making it a treat. So when we have actual pasta we can do some pop. Want to try out some teas as well. When I was little I tried some tea at this Chinese restaurant and it was so good. Wish I could go back in time.

I know once I create yummy new dishes that I wont miss the old ones. Very excited with all of this.

I love tea. I buy mine from Teavana and don't even need to add any sweetener in them. Plus it keeps me warm in these cold WI winters!

Tea is always good as you do get the health benefits from it. I do get the soda's as i'm addicted to them. Partially due to the fact I refuse to be total water (almost as bad as it was northwest of here bad) and soda's are cheaper.

Also please share your dishes with us so we can try it as well.
