I decided to join Weight Watchers online just to change things up and try something new. I need something to jolt me in the right direction again. Hubby had his physical yesterday and was told to lose weight and exercise more, specifically to walk 2 miles at a fast pace every day. He is a bit more motivated again too. He's seriously considering joining weight watchers too. He has at least agreed to try to be more supportive and eat healthier himself. Hopefully, we can both get back on track.
