The 1st 30 days (again)

I hit the 220s today. 229.6 to be exact. That means I've lost 8 lbs in 30 days. I'd love for the weight to come off faster, but 2 lbs a week is a good average. It has not really been hard. I still have "treats" now and them and I've never felt deprived. My mind feels clearer and I am less fatigued during the day. I also seem to be on a more regular sleeping pattern. I'm hoping to continue this progress in month 2. Slow and steady wins the race.
