Day Six Successes

Today it took extra effort to stay within my SP calorie range, but I did it. Big success! The problem arose because someone brought a special dessert into the office, and I had a serving, so I was short on remaining calories for the rest of the day. But I adjusted by being selective in my food choices and cutting back portions, and it all worked out without my feeling deprived or getting out of control.
Turns out that I didn't even really care for the item that cost me so many calories, so that was a lesson learned as we head into food season - don't eat something just because it's there and it's free and you're having a meh day.
Another success was getting in 35 minutes of exercise as well as all my water.
