Yup... Nuttin’ Butt Toxic!!!
The misspelling of butt is intended too... cuz I’m pretty sure toxicity is one major reason my butt keeps getting bigger... ha!
But on a serious note... I’ve not been well.
Pretty sure my 3 weeks of dedicated treadmill use released a BUNCH of stored toxins in my body that then turned around and kicked my butt which once they came from... lol.
All kidding aside, though... it’s been a rough few weeks.
My treadmill workouts are able to reach a level of cardio my other workouts haven’t been able too, so I’m not surprised they’ve been kicking my butt and aiding in the release of stored crap.
Everything has hurt, joints inflamed, bones ache, muscles ache, sinus cold... so tired and weak... I normally don’t get sick like this. So why I’m convinced that my treadmill exercise aided in the release of many built up toxins.
This is good and bad... like a catch 22 almost.
Definitely knocked me on my butt... and I will keep pushing forward, but rest, heal and cleanse became number one priority.
So last week and currently and for the next little while I have been and am focusing on cleansing, detoxing and healing my body.
Still a long road ahead of my to go, too.
I’m eating as clean as possible, utilizing herbal supplements, resting almost non-stop because it’s about all I’ve been able to do, and just now... I’m finally starting to feel on the up and up... slightly.
So I’m hopeful I can start introducing the treadmill back into my life.
I was really enjoying it and seeing my progress... even if my knee was mad at me and it kicked my butt... lol... and I may go through another detox downward spiral again, but I’m determined to get past this and get healthy, balanced and strong again.
So... I haven’t disappeared. Actively resting and healing to get back on track... :)
