Case Of The Blues This Evening

I saw one of my sister consultants this evening at the pharmacy while getting a refill she started talking about her declining health because she says that I am one of the rare people that understands what she is going through. I listened and gave support and we hugged and went our separate ways. Then I started getting blue because despite fighting my own health demons and determined to win there is the very real possibility as there is no cure for one of the diseases I fight. I like this quote I saw one day "The body achieves what the mind believes." I really believe that is true as this is the mindset I had when I had cancer and I beat it and I am now considered cured. Still the blues are lingering, up until being with her today it was a great day!
