PCOS and food

Last night I was on Pinterest looking at some PCOS stuff and saw a list of foods to eat and to avoid. This one was a little more detailed and I guess I was just in the right mind set but I wrote it all down and then started to think about meals and things I can change. Told myself that I could do this and that I dont have to give everything up, just make a few changes, limit when you fix it and have a half portion of the "avoid" foods.

Non starchy vegetables
Small amounts of low GI carbs (sweet potatoes, wild rice, beans, squash, corn)
Healthy Fats
Small amounts of low fructose fruit (kiwi, berries, grapefruit, apricots)
Gut Healthy food (garlic, onion, beetroot, sauerkraut)

Processed foods
High GI carbs
Soy products and Vegetable oils
Processed meats (hot dogs, bacon, deli meat)

I have a lot of ideas for dinners and substitutes. I dont think this will be so hard for me. Going to slowly make some changes so when the new year starts it will be easy. Dont think I'll do 80/20 but the 90/10 since I have PCOS and it is pure evil. Not going to force my aunt to eat exactly like me but pretty close. Im not even going to have my grandma eat like me. I want her to enjoy her food and let her have her french fries.
