Finding the daily challenge posts good to help me get my plan together. Like the exercise plan for 14 day workout . I need things like this that guide me each day. Have been exploring activities at our local Senior Center and found some that would work for me.
Got my schedule mapped out, need to buy another 3 lb dumbbell for strength workouts. For cardio going to use gym for bicycling, swimming and do a line dancing class. Need to get out of the house more and away from sitting in front of the computer, so going to join a quilting group at the center also. Love to quilt so will be fun to meet some new people and make some friends.
