I have never written a blog before and do not know where to start. However, a challenge is a challenge so here we go.
Today after studying and writing an online exam, the first thing I wanted to do was go out for a walk. Now that is totally not like me at all. I actually felt that finally, I might actually have created a good habit and will miss going for a walk or doing some sort of exercise in my day. It was a great feeling.
It was cool today but decided to go to the lakefront for a walk. Hubby came with me. It was so peaceful. The fall colors were out, not a lot of people there, and we were able to just walk hand in hand and talk. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves hitting the shore, the squirrels chasing each other through the leaves and up the trees. It was a way to get some steps in and get some exercise but it was also a great way to just enjoy some quiet time together.
