I had a great weekend.
Saturday I woke up and did my Yoga with Adriene – I am on day 13 of the 30 day True series. I only do yoga once a week. But I love it and she is so fun – love her dog too! Then I cleaned the kitchen along with trying to scrub all the gunk off the burners and a good deep clean of the refrigerator. That night we went to the hockey game - Baby Pens vs. Phantoms – we (Baby Pens) lost big time!
Sunday I got up early and took the dog for a nice walk, it was flurrying as we were walking – it was cold! Then I did some more cleaning, washing clothes and hitting the stores for food and stuff for the week. Ended the evening by going out for my daughter’s Bronze Award Celebration for Girl Scouts.
I’ve been doing good staying on track with my exercise and eating. I am hoping to lose at least 2 lbs. this month (due to the set back of me being sick and putting 2 lbs. back on). I have realized that I HAVE to exercise and I HAVE to eat right to lose weight – there is no short cut for me! But I’m OK with that!
