Happy Dance Time !

Feeling good today .....changing habits, behavior and daily outlook, and it has given me results= pounds lost. This is great and just need to keep going and make them permanent changes. Had a relaxing, over night break with my hubby. Went fishing to remote fishing camp, laughed a lot, had lovely meal out (Chicken Pad Thai) and still lost weight. Still need to work on the get moving aspect of these new goals, but plan to work hard on that this week. Our local Senior Center has a gym so will try to make that a permanent part of my week. Joined a tea Club for something new...Always enjoyed learning about tea, so looking forward to the new tea every month in the mail and meeting new people. Something to drink in the evening as a treat / reward for staying on track, that is no calorie and tastes wonderful.
