gone....for good this time???

I am going to take today as a victory.
I am down two lbs on the scale. That said, it is the same two lbs I have lost and gained again, many times over now.
But I am not going to focus on that. I have worked hard this week, I have not eaten as well as I could have, but am doing much better, no junk food this week at all.
I did eat some bread and cereal, so more carbs than I am used to.
But I went out and bought some whole grain bread, knowing as much as I would like to say I wont eat bread, if I eat certain foods, such as eggs, I like a slice of toast with it.
But this coming week I am going to really focus on getting back down on the lower end of the carb intake.
Keep walking, getting my sleep, water, vitamins and just staying busy.
That wont be a problem, as we are getting ready to tear out a wall between little bedroom and bathroom so we can replace a bathtub with a stand up shower.
That work, running to get supplies and the clean up after should keep me pretty busy for the next week or two.
I have had no luck finding a job but I am just finding ways to stay busy and find myself spending less time focusing on food and what to cook and what to shop for, etc.
I am getting things ready around here for winter, next project is gonna be to screen in a backporch and weatherze it so we can use it as the main entrance this winter.
