A little late with my monthly progress again but better late than not done at all. I had ups and downs this month with staying with my nutrition plan, mostly snacking at night while watching TV with hubby. We made more definite plans for our 50th anniversary in 2020 which got me more motivated again and I am happy to report that I am down a total of 25 pounds now since the beginning of June. Hoping to be in "onederland" within the next few days. My walking has been keeping on track all the time and I have been doing a little weight work and other exercises but I have to keep my eye on the end zone (we watch football every weekend) and not snack and then I should accomplish my goals. Will keep you in the loop again next month and have a great Fall season!
