Resetting and recommitting!

I've been on Sparkpeople for a few years off and on and it helped me lose 55 lbs. I've kept most of that weight off, but see the pounds creeping back and after an amazing European trip to Rome, Tuscany and Paris in September which included a 6 day cooking class and tour, its time to regain my focus.
Our base in Tuscany was Montefollonico, a quaint Tuscan town where we enjoyed 6 days of cooking, touring and fun with Cook in Tuscany owners Linda, George and Whitney. Our group consisted of 6 Canadians and 6 Americans staying in a Villa in the Tuscan countryside. So much fun!
So even though I hit my 10,000 step fitbit goal every day, especially in Paris where I swear we walked the whole city, since I've been back I've been a bit of a slug.
I still love my Beachbody programs so I'm starting LIIFT4 today, cleaned up my Sparkpeople page, decided to start blogging and have already tracked my food for 6 days.
The one thing I haven't done is stepped on the scale in a couple of weeks.
