The scale is going down, taking responsibility for my self, no excuse, telling myself no, when I reach for food and its not meal time or I'm not hungry , weighing my food, watching portions and keeping a positive out look is paying off, following the sparks people plan is the way to get healthy and stay healthy..this is a life style...not a quick fix to a weight problem..
