11/01/2018 Where I’m At Today

Today is a good day. We start a new month and I've been working on re-adjusting my goals. I seem to have the nutrition down pat and it is no longer a diet, but a lifestyle.
I am again tweaking my workout sessions to different routines. I still have a loose lower belly that I am work to get rid of. I am working harder with weight lifting to help burn off of what I have in body fat.
I am enjoying my new spinner Bike, but come to realize it is more of a challenge than I thought it would be (there I go thinking again) but what it is, is a new challenge for my body using muscles I have been ignoring.
My blood-sugar has been averaging 85 per week and I am very satisfied with the numbers.
I need to stay dedicated to the program because I know I could backslide at any time.
