My crazy day that just got crazier as it went on....

What a crazy day! It really started at 2 AM. I woke up from a dream. I dreamed that we were in either Bremerton WA or Helena, MT or a combination of those cities. We've been to both. We were stopped at a intersection for a traffic light. A man in that intersection made a left hand turn and ran head on to us. No one was hurt but he was a jerk and blaming us because our windshield has a little dirt on it. I woke up before the police got there. Then I was upset and couldn't get back to sleep. Then after I did sleep, I slept in until 7:30. I normally get up at 6 and grab some breakfast and start walking and done before 8. So I waited until after 8 to walk. After I got home, the phone started ringing. Bone & Joint called me for setting up a pre-op for my foot and a date for surgery. Then I asked Robert if he wanted to go for a walk. He was able to go for the full mile. When we got home, I noticed a message on the answering machine. It w as from the Bone & Joint for Robert. And we missed it. grr. It was about his MRI on his knee. They said they would call back. They did and told his that he had a torn meniscus and that there was a cancelation with a knee doctor and there was an opening this afternoon. So we dropped everything and prepared to head for Zootown. Before we went out the door, the phone rang again. The woman that cleans our church locked herself out. So we left and let her into the church and headed to Zootown. Robert got a cortisone injection into his knee. We're home and its my first time today to have an uninterrupted breather.
Our church's Harvest Party was a good one last night. Lots of goodies to eat. Too many goodies! I'm making up for it today. I had 5 trick or treaters before we left. I was generous with the candy that I bought before I found out about when our Harvest Party was on Halloween. I brought the rest of the candy that I had bought to the party and left the left overs there. I got rid of it.
