Almost to mini goal 1

This time I decided to set mini goals and give myself (non food ) rewards, that are still budget friendly. I decided that 10 lbs would be my first mini reward, as the pounds go up the rewards get bigger. So for 10 lbs it is some new bath oils to relax with after working out. I am almost there, just .4 lbs left!
I am also excited because when I first tried working out, I tried to do some yoga. I used to do yoga all the time (60 lbs ago) well I ended up injuring my shoulder and have been in PT to help heal it. Well Thurs at PT my shoulder had strengthened so much my trainer tried out some yoga moves with me that would put pressure on my shoulder and I was able to do them without pain!! So yesterday we did a modified yoga routine! It was amazing! I am so excited! So I am cleared to do modified yoga again!!!
So overall I am feeling much better, stronger and mentally stronger too!
