Stomach virus has me run down

Well due to the throwing up and not being able to eat for 5 days I am finally getting back to light exercise. I lost 4 pounds but I know it is just temporary.
Today I did yoga and stretching and very very light cardio. I weigh about 120 right now. My lowest weight in 10 years. I'm feeling so much better but I'm making sure to pace myself.
I went to the doctor and because of my severe GERD I received a referral for a gastrointestinal doctor. I need an upper GI endoscope. Fun fun. But if it will tell me why I keep getting sick 1-2 times a month it'll be worth it.
I'm doing another challenge with the Divas! This is the 3rd week. I need to get more involved but it's been a little difficult lately.
