Week 2- 1/2 Marathon Training

Yesterday- walk 2 mins. at 3.5mph, run 1 min. at 4.5mph for 30 mins. I can't seem to run faster than 4.5mph yet.
Today- walk 2 mins. at 3.5mph, run 2 mins. at 4.5mph. I tried doing my first run at 4.7mph, but that .2 mph made a big difference and I slowed back down to 4.5mph.
Anyway, I am slowly making progress.
