Second day in a row doing our workout in our made up gym at home
I didn't think we would use it but we are. Hubby is motivating me and I hate it when we get ready to do it but afterwards thankful that we did.
First day back at work after having 5 days off and I must admit I didn't want to go back. I like what I do but I don't trust my boss. At least she isn't in the same town as me but we used to be work friends but caught her lying and so I don't trust a word that comes out of her mouth.
She phoned me today and said she feels that something is wrong and would like to get together to talk about it. I don't want to as the lie was really big and I can't trust a word that comes out of her mouth anymore. Hubby usually tells me that I need to give people a chance but he isn't even thinking it is a good idea.
I think I am upset because I can't trust her anymore. 7 years I trusted her and could talk freely with her but not anymore. Every time I see her I want to scream and can't look her in the eye anymore. I know at some stage I will get over it but it has been 6 months and I can't seem to get over it and when we have team meetings I still can't look at her or trust her.
Work wasn't that bad today. Had a big training workshop that I was presenting and we had such a great time. There were about 20 people and there was laughing and it was good to be in a group of funny, inspirational and hard working people.
Tried hard with food today and with exercise. Made sure I went for a walk at morning tea to get out and about so that I didn't sit on my backside the whole day and it was a nice spring day.
Our gym tonight was
Tread Mill 10 minutes
4 kph - 2 minutes
4 kph - incline 2 - 2 minutes
4.kph - incline 2 - 2 minutes
4.5 kph - 4 minutes
10 minutes level 3 (struggled with this tonight as I was tired at 9pm at night)
10 minutes of me doing back hand, jab cross, upper cuts, ribs while hitting hubby hard lol lol
Total of 40 minutes exercise today. I am happy with that.
I was worrying about whether I made 10,000 steps each day but when you are on a bike or doing other things it doesn't take in to account steps so I am now aiming at using my samsung watch and making sure I do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day (on top of incidental walking during the day) and that is satisfying me for now.
At least I am doing it I say.
