Healthy at 66

today is my 66th birthday... I am so blessed I am so grateful..

At 66 I walk 6 days a week at least 3 miles, I attend a 30 minute exercise group 3 days a week, I do 3 days of walk away the pounds..
I have a lot of good friends who bring me great positive energy...who support me with my struggles and help me stay on track.
I take no 66 I do not have high blood pressure , no high cholesterol , no diabetes
when you are healthy you have everything... I thank Sparkpeople mostly for my healthy life style...I have been here over 12 years...
I started at 357 pounds.... I was able to loos 210 pounds.. and yep I have gained and lost pounds over the years, but I am still here and fighting to be and stay healthy... I'll never be a skinny minnie a model or a beauty queen... but who needs all that, I have my health... That's whets important to me.. "I also have a loving and wonderful Husband and family...
