Tried doing some line dancing, just for fun. Also, went for a walk, played with the dogs.

Had a bit of a mis-hap with the morning walk - slide down the side of the road embankment and caught my left lower leg in a bit of gravel. Glad I had long pants on! Just a few scrapes and my pants came away well enough and didn't tear. My skin wasn't quite so lucky. That was in mile 1.3 of my 1h 13m; 4.8 mile walk for Stand Up To Cancer.

    So..my google fit says:
    76 Move Minutes
    56 Heart Points
    8,397 Steps
    1,691 Calories Burned
    3.61 Miles

One thing I've noticed and I mapped this route on google maps before I left this morning - it was 4.4 miles. My LG Health and Google apps come in well under the actual distance, My Charity Miles app logged it at 4.8 miles (the walk today) even though Google Fit says 3.2 Miles and LG Health says 3.19 miles. So I don't know what to think there LOL.

Anyway will do the elliptical of at least 20 minutes probably 30 some odd later and then I'm done for the day!
Hope you're having an awesome rest day!
