Today has been a day for reflection.
One thought is ...be kind to yourself and let yourself do what you need to do..with no negative thoughts.
That is due to me feeling not up to par this AM. I finally broke down and asked Gene to feed for me. I felt guilty not getting out there to do what I consider my responsibility and duty.
Then I put those negative thoughts back and instead pulled some positives out.
Be thankful you have help .
Be grateful for the opportunity to rest and feel better.
Realize that by graciously accepting help you allow others to feel good about themselves.

Those thoughts swirled around in my mind. It is an exercise in self to push those negative thoughts back. They seem to knock on the door much louder than the positive ones. So it takes some effort to send them barreling down into the depths of "not important" in order to allow the positives to surface.
