I started Botox to get a handle on the migraines and began to feel better and get back into my healthy living routine. I dumped Noom, not because it was ineffective, it just didn’t help to keep me as motivated as SparkPeople.
I developed peroneal tendonitis in my left ankle and began PT in November. I’ll be starting a new job in December so that will hopefully be a new start to help me begin a new routine that includes more exercise.
I am back and ready for the 30 pounds + of weight loss just like I experienced in 2012-13, but even more than that, I look forward to feeling healthy again!
