Holding On To Joy

I have decided to focus on the positive. I am letting go of anger and fear and holding on to joy. Yes, there are difficult situations in my life, but my focus is on joy.
My life is much calmer and happier when I don't try to keep score of who hurt me and how I'll make them pay. I can see the difference in my blood pressure and my words. My blogs are more positive, and this is an indication of what is in my heart.
I have identified my need for joy and peace. What a difference I feel in my life. The significance is that happiness brings greater health. I want more joy, and I want more health. Keeping the anger and negative feelings out is helping me to change. I'm holding on to the joy and finding health and happiness.
