Grateful for this body.

I'm back after a long pause. I've been losing weight recently. It's been different this time. My mindset is one of gratitude for what I have. I exercise because I love this body, not because I hate it. Gratitude practice has done so much for me. I have a landslide of things to be grateful for. I'm ready to feel vulnerable and exposed which is what losing the extra weight is doing for me. This is how I grow.
