Bursitis resolved... back to the gym tonight!!

I managed to get back to the gym and get my eating back on track tonight. I managed 2.57 miles in 1.5":1" intervals at 4.8mph:3.5mph. It felt really great to get back in the groove after such a tough week with my shoulder. My current goal is to be able to do enough repeats to equal a 5K. I'm working on it... I did increase my distance by 0.46 miles from earlier in the week.
I am so glad that my shoulder finally decided to be a happier camper... it was really hard to mouse or do anything like knitting. I think I messed it up with working so hard on that tree skirt over the weekend.
i really do love my gym time. I'd forgotten home much it helps me cope with stress.
