I have decided to join and try 2 SparkChallenges concurrently!
I just joined the 28-day How workout on top of the 21 day New Member.
In my defense the new member is just really a refresher nudge to check in daily. The 28 day is to get me back on my workout track now that I seemed to have slowed down at the Gym due to it being kind of chilly due to Winter in Maine.
