Weigh-in is not until Saturday. But in reviewing my log, I see that my trouble spot is snacking. All of my meals are on track. But in between I'm reaching for the wrong things, usually emotional eating and always because I don't have a healthy option handy. I need to come up with good snack options. Things that don't take prep. So I can just grab and munch without bad consequences.

I can relate! My danger zone is after dinner, but now that the cold weather is here, drinking herbal tea or no sugar added cocoa helps a lot. If I'm too hungry then 100 calorie popcorn, a fruit or a veggie with butter spray. You might want to make a list of foods to avoid and another for healthy snacks. Google healthy snacks for ideas. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I don't think finding "good" snacks is the answer. It is figuring out how to deal with emotional upheavals. Once you have a handle on that, you are as good as gold. Snacks are a no no in my world.

A common issue for sure. I like baby carrots and celery sticks.
