Weigh-in is not until Saturday. But in reviewing my log, I see that my trouble spot is snacking. All of my meals are on track. But in between I'm reaching for the wrong things, usually emotional eating and always because I don't have a healthy option handy. I need to come up with good snack options. Things that don't take prep. So I can just grab and munch without bad consequences.
