It was a fairly good day.
I did not keep track of my calories & I may have
gone over, but not by much.
Went to a luncheon and ate more than I
anticipated, BUT I had a Sweet Cherries (Frozen)
and milk, sweetner & vanilla icy cold smoothie for
breakfast and some rice cakes with peanut butter
for dinner. So I think I'm OK.
Worked out at the gym on bike, machines and
weights for 70 minutes. I was surprised how fast
the time went. I really wasn't up to it today, but
went anyway. Never thought I would make that
long. Didn't even try, but I did it!
Also got in 5300 steps today.
