My Goals For December 9- 15th, 2018

I am starting something new by posting my goals for the week ahead. I hope this will give me some sort of accountability to accomplish what I want/need to accomplish each week.
Task #1- My Morning Routine Beginning at 4:30am:
Continue my half hour of meditation and visualization exercises
Continue my hour of Spiritual work (Books, you tube videos, etc.)
Continue writing in my Gratitude Journal and Journal
Eat a healthy breakfast
Take a morning walk (Getting a tad bit nippy out there) for at least an hour.
Get home and so my ST Exercises for at least a half hour.
Shower and get dressed and made up for the day ahead.
Task #2- Afternoon Routine: Get Caught up With The Housework and Get To Appointments
I have had severe headaches that were on more than they were off the last 3 1/2 months. I have a huge pile of laundry as well as dishes that need to get done.
I have 3 dressers in my room, one is a six drawer dresser full of summer clothes one side is my tanks and the other side all of my committee and volunteer shirts.
Another is a 9 drawer where I have my pants and capris in.
Then I have a tall 5 drawer where all my long sleeved shirts and sweaters are in. Then there is the closet for my dresses and dress shirts robes, scarves and shoes.
I have come to the conclusion that I have way too many clothes! My committee and volunteer shirts I would like to have made into a T-shirt quilt.
Got way off track so I need to get my huge pile of clothes washed, folded and put away. It will be nice to have floor space again. I also need to some reorganization in my room. I am sure I will feel much better when I get my room cleaned.
I need to do dishes and put them away. I need to clean the refrigerator of science experiments, reorganize the pantry. Sweep and mop the floor.
Living room just needs to be vacuumed. Then I will be done!
I will get to my Pulmonary Rehab Classes on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons!
Dietician Appointment on Wednesday. CT Scan of my Sinuses Monday evening.
Task #3- Evening Routine: Relax From The Day
Have my computer time
Reflections of the day
Go to bed
Repeat daily until everything is completed!
