Elise, you can do this. Don't throw in the towel yet. There's lots of time. There are many days that my scale shows no downward movement or stays the same. I am determined that I am going to do this. Just keep doing what you can every day on exercise and eating healthy. It will pay off in the end.
Don't be discouraged, it will show up. I just congratulated someone for not giving into a plateau that finally broke after 2 month. We have to just keep doing the right stuff and it will change us FOREVER! Our main goal is forever change so that we don't have to keep redoing this stuff, right?
