Riding the wave

My weekend had positives .. lots of dancing and steps. I failed to track and ate far more than I do during the week. Weekends are definitely my weak point. My family is not eating healthy (which is up to them) but I find myself doing things I regret nutritionally too.

    emoticon as long as other people aren't actually poking the food in your mouth for you! Sometimes it is ok to choose to maintain or even indulge a bit - look the choice in the eye, make the choice, then own it, enjoy the food, no guilt/no regrets, then get back to regular foods, regular days :)

    Elise: You did well with the dancing and the steps. Try to track your food so you can see exactly what is going into your body. That will make it easier to see where you need to work. Sometimes, it is really hard and actually the weekends are the hardest. emoticon

    Let's both work together to eat healthier and get in the exercise as well. We can both work on weekends as well. It can only help! How about it? emoticon
