Update on overall weight loss

I hadn't realize until I started tracking food and my weight again how unbalanced I'd been eating. Ive noticed my hair is brittle and brakes and my skin is dry and my energy level was low. Now im trying to fit more protein in my meals and and not so many carbs. With increasing my protein i find it hard to not increase my dairy amount because I dont process dairy well. This time around I'm finding it harder to balance my foods but easier to go to the gym or walk dogs or exercises. I hope to see improvemnt in my body soon but with the holiday season its been hard to stick to eating healthy. I dont notices my clothes getting loose or anything like that yet, just that my stomach is less bloated and I'm able to move more easily. Ive only lost 8 pounds and have 30ish more pounds to go depending on how i feel closer to my goal.

    Sounds like you are feeling some of the benefits in changing your eating habits. Keep tracking daily, run and read reports and make small changes for more improvement. You can do this. emoticon
