New Years resolutions shouldn't happen. Every year I say I'm going to do. Every year I fail. What to do about it this year????? Hmmm I'm going to track on my WW APP and get 30 minutes of exercise every day. That's it. I need to focus on that and blog here and encourage friends and myself to do this Who is with me. I'm 48 years old and by 50 I want to be healthier than I am now. I need a weight loss buddy and I will be one in return. You up for it?
