Going to need help...Diabetes, overweight and more

2019 has arrived!

Treading into the New Year very lightly. I have let myself go for too long now. My plan to start is to document, document, document; to make myself aware of what I will need to do to succeed this year at being the best and healthier me.

Honestly, I am scared to jump in with both feet. I love food and am not very fond of exercise. So hence the treading lightly.

I use to have a fitness tracker (fitbit hr), however my wrist would get a rash. I would like to get one again and have been thinking the apple watch. I wonder if I will break out with that too.

I am simply rambling on about the thoughts in my head.

Any ideas are appreciated. In the meantime I will jump into sparkpeople and fill my noggin with knowledge. emoticon

    What I started with was changing from the large dinner plate to a lunch plate and the foods I put on it were more of the healthier ones. But the plate was the best thing we did and still do after 9 yrs. Also walking started the ball roliing even though it was a very short distance. Good luck, you can do it!!
