Exercise for Start of 2019

I started 2019 off on the right foot but doing 60 minutes of ReFit. Those girls are so crazy and awesome. Catherine is my favorite – she makes me laugh! I did: This is Me, Back Seat Driver, Champion, Overcomer, Let’s Get Loud, and about 10 other songs that I cannot remember. It was super fun and a great way to start of the New Year!

Today at lunch it was strength training day. I did: wall push ups, step ups, dumbbell lateral raises, dumbbell shoulder press, forward lunges, squats, kick back, tree pose, child’s pose, Raggedy Ann pose and a very quick downward facing dog. It was a good workout and I’m feeling good and positive!
