The holidays have ended and the start over begins. I have been tracking for 166 days now on my exercise water and food, I have forgot to spin the wheel a couple of times so my streak there isn’t doing so good. I got a small job being a dog walker two days a week it’s not for the money it’s for the exercise it gives me something to do.
yesterday I cleaned, sorted cupboards, went through pictures .bending twisting and turning and today I can’t move .lol..I have been watching a lot of television I cannot believe every channel every commercial diet.. diet ..diet ..weight watchers ,Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem ,Dr.oz, keto ,Paleo I am so confused. My basic program if you want to call it that is trying to change my habits. but it’s so easy to gain weight. I don’t lose very fast so I do not join any challenges on weight loss I am lucky to lose a pound or two A month .I had only lost 12 pounds in six months and I was OK with that ,then my son came to visit over Thanksgiving and Christmas so I decided to cook for him and bake cookies and make Bread and enjoy the holidays. all the things that I had given up for six months well I gained 6 pounds back within six weeks .
so he’s gone now and I gave everything away that was left over and it’s really hard to get back to where I was, it’s true if you take that first bite of sugar you crave more sugar. I’m not giving up and I’m not giving in, but I am turning the tv off, it’s to confusing..I would like that miracle diet though.lol..I thought losing my weight slow would keep it off longer.. not true..I just don’t know if I should keep on doing what I was doing or try a different approach..
