Since I wasn't on SP in december really, I didn't have many concrete goals. The main one I had was to gain a healthy amount of pregnancy weight for the month. I was fairly successful, as my weight gain finally has picked up a bit (I had been having a hard time gaining anything due to all day, continuous morning sickness).
Gain an appropriate amount of pregnancy weight for how far along I am.
Focus on getting in more water.... 8+ cups of water a day.
Eating more nutritious snack foods than what I have been. (Increasing the fruits and veggies as snacks when my tummy allows).
Get in a walk 3-5 days a week, weather allowing.
