Never giving up

While I may not be in my calorie range yet I am working on it. I have cut out some carbs and sugar and have been feeling the effects of that. The first step of getting back on track is knowing what is going in. It’s all about knowing what’s going on and adjusting as I go. I am making the small changes so they will stick ad I won’t be overwhelmed this time around. I have been there and it has happened. I am thankful that Sparkpeople is still here to help me on the journey as it is the one thing that has always helped me in the past.
I have lost 67 pounds in the past and kept it off for a long time. Then I lost focus and gained it back. Now it’s time to go again and loose it again. Giving up is not an option and the more I get back up and try the more the changes will stick.
So here we go again to move and loose it.
