Progress report 2

Day 21, wow that 3 weeks disappeared quickly. I navigate my way around this site better with each day that passes. I have lost 2lbs since the new scales arrived so my overall plan is working well, and I am managing to keep within my daily calorie limits. My biggest concern is whether I am getting the full range of nutrients that we all need to be healthy, but because of the variences in nutrition information found on the food tracker, I am relying on eating a wide variety of healthy foods to provide that balance initially. I had my first game of golf for 2 months yesterday and it was a bit of a struggle, but I managed to walk the full 18 holes, so my sense of satisfaction at completion more than balanced out the pain and stiffness that came on towards the end of the round. I recovered enough to play and win a game of singles at my lawn bowling club this morning so very happy to advance to the next round of the club championships.
