Potassium and Magnesium

I've been having leg cramps that disturb my sleep. Internet research says I need more potassium and magnesium. I looked up the daily requirements and have been trying to reach that amount with food. It seems almost impossible while keeping calories under 1400. Guess I'll end up supplementing with some No-Salt and Magnesium Malate.

    I take a potassium/magnesium supplement every day. I buy mine at Sprouts and or Costco.
    I was eating a banana everday, until my doctor told me that it was probably contributing to my high blood sugar numbers.
