Why National Croissant Day- and Other Things

I see that it’s National Croissant Day on January 30th. I’ve never understood why we honor junk food....the last thing we need is more junk promotions. That is what makes the struggle real.
I managed a work out yesterday and plan one tomorrow. Next week I’ll do MWF and maybe I will be ready for 5 days by week 3. I was so tired last night that I was pretty busy non functional on my couch at 730. Luckily my 3 kids had a quiet night and no activities.
I’ve been maintaining my weight between 135-140 with general low to moderate carb choices and routine fasting. I am helping my husband so am doing some 24 hour fasting this week- today is one of our days.
My goal is to add exercise this year. I plan to build my strength and then I want to start running again. I know that a good base of strength is needed so I don’t get hurt running.
I’m using Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred which I’ve used before with good results. In light of how opposed she is to Keto I think I will take a Keto only photo and a Keto +Jillian Michaels workouts to show how both can work fantastically together, lol. I do love her workouts...largely disappointed in her line in the sand as far as food goes.
I’m slow to start this New Year but I’m hopeful it holds better health in its future.
