More calm and in control

I'm in week four and have met my first goal weight
. It's not a lot, but it's WAY better than seeing the number go up every time I stepped on the scale (which wasn't frequently). What has me even more excited is that I feel in control - I had CRAZY cravings that I felt totally unable to resist when stressed at work. The first two weeks of tracking was not easy, but I know from past experience it's the ONLY thing that truly works for me, and not only to tell me when I'm eating too much - sometimes when I'm hungry but THINK I've had enough, I look at the numbers and find out I'm low.
