MONDAYLINS
At times, food has sometimes made me nauseus. (Then, I realized that I was sick of the same old same old. It was time for a few changes.)
I have a close loved one who has a difficult time with food and eating. At times, he's been so thin that his shoulders are sticking out. His eating issues are connected to anxiety & depression. I can make suggestions, but, I can't MAKE him do what I think he should do....to get better. Plus, I'm not a DR.
Please take care of yourself. Maybe adding a few diff foods to your routine will help. And, plz see a DR, if need be. 765 days ago

Having been here several times, your statement makes me anxious. Not eating can really mess you up. I have come to realize that SP’s balanced approach to healthier living just makes sense! All the tools you need are here & lots of support.
