I have been eating Keto since the beginning of Jan but not sure how much I have lost or gained, as I didn't have a scale until Monday. It isn't as bad as I thought it might be considering how much i like carbs and sweets. Haven't done interminent fasting yet, I think I will have trouble with that.
Goals for tomorrow:
1. See about a job
2. Clean the kitchen
I have to keep my goals short as when I go out it really tires me out plus I am usually in pain.
1. Had coffee with my son tonight
2. My cuddly kitties
3. It has warmed up
