The Good Doctor

Friday, February 01, 2019

A second test showed no blood in my urine and sonograms showed no abnormalities, so that's good. As for the aches and pains I guess we wait and see as I'm not scheduled back till April.

Getting caught up somewhat with fifteen years of deferred photo processing and cataloging and getting a little done with household organization as well. I'm getting cabin fever. I hate the cold and we have a warm spell coming if the weather service is predicting properly, so maybe get a chance to get out and take a camera for a walk. I seem to be stuck on another plateau so outside walks and hikes may jump start the weight loss again as well. Maybe even get the bike out this year?

@STRNGNGRNDED - I just bought another mirrorless with a couple lenses on eBay and am chomping at the bit to use it!

I'm sorry to hear you have aches and pains. Glad to hear your tests came out to no abnormalities.
Ha! Take your camera for a walk. that's funny. My son likes to do that as well. We are sick of winter too and longing for some warmth and sunny vitamin D. =)

Good news on the second test. I think it was George Burns who said, "My aches and pains let me know that I'm still alive."

I always wonder if we burn more calories in the cold weather just because our body has to maintain its temperature under less favorable conditions. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it!
