A second test showed no blood in my urine and sonograms showed no abnormalities, so that's good. As for the aches and pains I guess we wait and see as I'm not scheduled back till April.

Getting caught up somewhat with fifteen years of deferred photo processing and cataloging and getting a little done with household organization as well. I'm getting cabin fever. I hate the cold and we have a warm spell coming if the weather service is predicting properly, so maybe get a chance to get out and take a camera for a walk. I seem to be stuck on another plateau so outside walks and hikes may jump start the weight loss again as well. Maybe even get the bike out this year?
