January Review and February Goals

My first goal for January was to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I did fairly well, exercising 23 days in total. My second goal was to continue with my tai chi class. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do this because several things came up that conflicted with the class schedule. My third goal was to continue working on doing push-ups. I did okay on this goal, but not great.

For February my first goal is again to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I really want to get in the habit of regular exercise. My second goal is to go to the gym and do strength training 3 days a week. Last month I met with a personal trainer, and she gave me a strength training plan to follow. I think I’m going to keep it simple this month and just focus on these two goals.
